My name is Sydney, I am the owner of The Sugar Shack, and your personal sugarist.
I specialize in full body hair removal for women using just sugar, water, and lemon juice, more commonly known as sugaring.
I have been sugaring for 3 years now. I was born and raised right here in the beautiful town of Bellville! I have an amazing husband and two incredible little girls.
A few things about me, I love Jesus, my family and my work. It fills my cup to meet women and serve them in a way that makes them feel beautiful and confident in the skin God gave them.

My Story
Believe it or not but opening a sugaring studio was never a part of my plans.
I've been a hairstylist for six years and I was looking for something different to be able to offer my hair clients. I found sugaring when I saw that an old friend from school had started a mobile sugaring and spray tan business.
Immediately intrigued, I found an educator and took an extensive 10 hour hands on class. Once I was certified, I started introducing sugaring to my hair clients offering services like eyebrow shaping and lip and chin sugaring.
Over the next few years I began to take on more body sugaring clients offering areas like under arms, legs, and Brazilian sugaring. Within a few months, I grew out of the small space I was renting and decided to take the leap of faith to start my own business, thus The Sugar Shack was born!
Now I specialize in hair removal using the gentle method of sugaring. I hope you decide to try it and love it as much as I do. Especially if you are someone with sensitive skin, prone to break outs or in grown hairs, your skin will thank you!
